We honestly didn’t want to leave this lovely spot! Thanks so much for the warm welcome and fantastic hospitality. Your tips on local places to visit, especially with Theo the dog, were really helpful. The cottages are absolutely charming and well cared for. We enjoyed relaxing afternoons in the cosy puband luckily, the weather stayed perfect. We really hope to come back soon - it’s been a wonderful stay!

We’ve stayed at this lovely cottage twice now and honestly, it’s just getting better. The location is spot on-easy drives to Borth beach and Aberdyfi, plus plenty of beautiful scenery around. The Red Kites Visitor Centre is a real good place; definitely worth arriving early for lunch, browsing the shopand catching the kite feed - such a treat! We loved unwinding in the hot tub and curling up by the log burner after long days. It’s become our go-to spot for a relaxing break. Can’t wait to come back next year!

What a fantastic find! Both the host and the cottage exceeded our expectations. We decided to book at the last minute, looking for a quick getaway to unwind after a rough Christmas. Honestly, it did the trick - we feel completely recharged. Our daughter, her boyfriendand our tiny Sausage dog enjoyed exploring Aberystwyth and the beautiful Devil's Bridge waterfalls. The White Lion in Talybont is worth a visit too, with lovely food and such a warm welcome. The Sunday roast was truly delicious! The cottage owner was a wonderful host, making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be telling friends and family about this place - we’ll be back for sure!
Emma Clarke
We had such a lovely stay in this charming cottage. From the moment we arrived, it felt super cosy with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and warming fire. It was special revisiting as adults, especially since we came here as kids. The surrounding countryside is breathtakingand the Red Kite feeding station along the way is a real highlight. The boys loved relaxing in the hot tub for hours, despite the weather. Thanks so much for a wonderful break, we’ll definitely be back!

Really appreciate how lovely our stay was despite the weather starting off rough. The cottage was a great replacement, warm, comfyand with stunning views. The kids had a blast in the hot tub, which was definitely a highlight. The sun peeked out most of the time, making it even better. We’re already planning to return - can’t wait for our next visit!
