We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. The kitchen had everything we neededand the hot tub was relaxing-though it does take around three hours to heat up with the log burner, which was fine since we knew in advance. The village has two pubs serving great food, plus a shop and a decent chip shop. Lovely place!

We recently enjoyed a lovely 5-day stay at this cottage with our dog. The place was spotlessly clean and really well stocked - everything we needed was there. The beds were super comfy, so we had great sleep. The layout suited us perfectly and made everything easy. There are plenty of local sights to explore, although we didn’t get to see them all, so we’re planning to return. I’d definitely recommend this cosy, clean cottage for a relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had such a lovely stay at the cottage with our family - two adults, a toddlerand our dog. The place was spotless and really cosy, making us feel right at home. The owners were super responsive and welcoming, which was much appreciated. The hot tub was a highlight, especially for the little one to splash around in. The surrounding area has plenty to explore - food, pubs, walksand playgrounds. Sure, the phone signal isn’t perfect, but the WiFi kept us connected enough. We’d definitely come back!

Emma
We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage had a good size and was kept very clean, with all the essentials for a family trip. The location was great - close to the Lions Head pub which is super friendly, dog-friendlyand serves an amazing Rib eye steak. The mattresses were comfy, though the hot tub needs a bit of sunshine to heat up since you have to build a fire. Overall, a lovely place to unwind, despite some traffic noise at times!

We had a fantastic stay! The cottage was perfect - spacious but still cosy, with everything we needed and then some. The pub just across the road served really good food, especially the daily specials, which was a bonus. There’s a shop nearby for wine, toilet roll, or whatever you forget. Plenty of places to exploreand if you don’t fancy driving, taxis to Oswestry are cheap and easy to get. The hot tub was definitely a highlight - just remember to bring enough drinks and maybe a book or some company to enjoy while it warms up. We’d definitely come back!
