Tack Cottage Reviews

Emma
We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage. The views are absolutely breathtakingand walking right from the doorstep means you’re surrounded by nature. Julia, the on-site manager, was really helpful and kept good communication. The place was spotlessand our dogs loved the biscuits left for them! There was plenty of firewood for the log burner, which made it extra cosy. The drive up is quite a long, stony uphill, so lower cars might struggle, but our hatchback handled it fine in the rain. We’d definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! It’s perfect for a peaceful getaway, especially if you’re bringing the dogs along. The enclosed 2-acre field meant the pups could run around freely, which they loved. Inside, it’s super cosy and warm, with everything you might need. The log burner was a real highlight-perfect for relaxing after a day out. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more and definitely plan to return. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet escape!

Views were stunningand the local pub served up some really good food. Wifi was spot on too. Our Rottie puppy loved the paddock, though we kept him on the lead in the garden because of the fence height. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!
